cinnamon granola

Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats 

½ cup chopped pecans

2 tbsp flaxseed

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

¼ coconut oil

¼ maple syrup

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

2. Spread onto a baking sheet.

3. Pat down with spatula into pan before cooking to get chunky clusters. 

4. Bake at 325F for 20-25 minutes. 

5. Let cool completely.

6. Enjoy!
