peach & pistachio yogurt bowl

Ingredients

¾ cup plain greek yogurt

¼ cup cottage cheese

½ scoop vanilla protein powder

1 peach, fresh and diced

¼ cup pistachios, candied

honey

chia seeds and/or hemp hearts

Instructions

1. Grab your favorite bowl!

2. Mix yogurt, cottage cheese and protein powder in one side of the bowl.

3. Add peaches to the other side of the bowl.

4. Top with nuts, seeds and a drizzle of honey.

5. Enjoy!
