Ingredients

4 oz ground beef, seasoned

potato wedges or fries

lettuce

pineapple

pickles

tomato

red onions, pickled

cheddar cheese

avocado

fry sauce and/or ranch sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    Cook and season ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

  2. Prepare the potatoes
    Bake or air fry potato wedges/fries until golden and crisp.

  3. Build the bowl
    Add a bed of lettuce to your bowl. Top with:

    cooked beef

    fries/potatoes

    pineapple

    pickles

    tomato

    pickled red onions

    shredded cheddar cheese

    avocado

  4. Finish with sauce
    Drizzle with fry sauce, ranch, or both.

  5. Serve immediately
    Best enjoyed while the fries are still crispy and the beef is warm.

Meat Seasoning:

1 lbs ground beef

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Fry Sauce:

1 cup mayo

4 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp bbq sauce

2 tsp mustard

2 tsp vinegar / pickle juice

2 tsp paprika

salt & pepper to taste

Ranch Sauce:

¾ cup greek yogurt

¼ cup mayo

ranch seasoning to taste
