smash tacos

Ingredients

flour tortillas

ground meat, seasoned (beef, turkey or chicken)

cheddar cheese, grated

lettuce

preferred toppings

sauce of choice

Instructions

1. Smash seasoned ground meat onto tortilla, covering most of the surface area.

2. Cook face down, on a preheated frying pan.

3. Flip and sprinkle with cheese, allowing to cook until melted.

4. Add preferred toppings and sauce. (eg, lettuce & tomato with ranch dressing, or lettuce, red onions and croutons with caesar dressing)

5. Serve and enjoy!

**for meat seasoning, try using taco seasoning or use a simple mixture or salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
