apple creami bowl

Ingredients

Creami

2 cups milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

pinch of salt

Apples

1 apple

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp lemon juice

pinch of salt

Toppings

1 tbsp almond butter

1/2 tsp hemp hearts

1/2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

1. 24 hours in advance prepare the creami by mixing the milk, protein powder and salt in a creami jar and placing in the freezer. (can also prepare the creami with 2 cups of milk, 1 tbsp powdered milk, 1-3 tbsp sugar + pinch of salt)

2. Dice apple into bite size pieces.

3. In a small pot add the apples, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt and cook over medium heat until apples are tender. (may need to add a little water).

4. Take creami from the freezer, place into ninja creami machine and spin on “lite ice cream”.

5. If creami looks crumbly after first spin, do a “respin”.

6. Add creami and apples to your favorite bowl.

7. Top with almond butter and seeds. Enjoy!
